Recognising that a brands presence on Amazon was becoming more and more important, I realised we could apply the in store shopper principles to how a shopper navigates the Amazon site.

After extensive research, completing a number of Amazon online courses and attending workshops, I developed a number of internal documents that helped to optimise the Amazon A+ and Shop-in-Shop offering for our brands.

As a result, Amazon asset creation became a fundamental part of the deliverables for key clients.
